The efficient solution for paint mist separation
PAINTTRAP cardboard filters, made of paper, cardboard, and polyester nonwovens, offer a highly efficient solution for paint mist separation in spray booth exhaust systems. They can be installed either above-floor or underfloor and outperform conventional labyrinth systems thanks to their high separation efficiency and low pressure drop.
Their multilayer design, featuring a final polyester layer with customizable filtration efficiency, ensures reliable particle capture and prevents deposits from accumulating in air ducts.
Thanks to their low pressure drop and high holding capacity, PAINTTRAP filters are also an excellent choice for retrofit projects, improving system performance without the need for extensive structural modifications.
